The quote is free. It names the price, the trigger, and the salt before the first storm. A house and a hospital are not the same number, so we do not pretend they are.

A job is written down: what gets cleared, the trigger (every snowfall, or from 2 inches), and whether salt is included. Pickle mix, white salt, blue salt, eco-friendly salt, or no salt. On foot or from the truck.

The machines match the site. Foot crews with shovels and blowers, Bobcats, Kubotas, plow trucks, seven bulldozers, and dump trucks when the pile has to leave. Crews are certified for the work and trained for it. Six Sigma is how the route is run, not a slogan on the truck.
