Snow
Plow, shovel, or blower when the written trigger is hit: every snowfall, or from 2 inches. If it keeps falling, the crew comes back. A seasonal contract includes those returns. A per-visit contract bills each one.
Proudly Canadian owned and operated
What we clear
Driveway, walk, stairs, doors, yard, the ridge the city plow leaves, and the roof. We only clear what you ask for.

How a visit is billed
Ice with no snow needs salt, not a plow. Your quote says which visits you are paying for.

Salt on foot or from the truck, including when it did not snow. Pickle mix, white salt, blue salt, or eco-friendly. Included in the contract, or a separate call. The quote names which.

Roof, icicles, the city windrow, and hauling the pile off the site are their own lines. If they are not on the sheet, they are not done. Ask with the quote and we send the certificate: full WSIB and $5 million liability.

Cleared to the garage. Snow stacked so it does not bury a neighbour's car, a hydrant, or the walk you still need.
Windrows
After the city plow goes down the street it leaves a packed ridge across the bottom of your driveway. We come back and open it. That is a second pass — ask for it.
Sidewalks and paths
The municipal walk, the path to the door, and the walks through the yard. Salt goes down after the snow is off.
Lots
Plazas, yards, and small commercial pads, open before people arrive. Tell us the hour you actually open.
Stairs, entries, backyards
Steps, entrances and exits, and the backyard. Shovels and blowers where a truck cannot go. Mark the gate and the stairs.
Roofs and icicles
Snow and ice off the roof, and icicles along the eaves. Priced on its own. It is not included in a driveway pass.

A walk does not get a dump truck. The quote says which of these the address actually needs.

We work around the clock, seven days a week. A storm does not wait for office hours, and a contract does not have to wait for 2 inches.
Driveways, access roads, and parking lots. The opening hour is a target on an ordinary storm. On a night the city is buried, seasonal sites and doors that cannot close go first. We do not promise a clock time then.
Sidewalks, stairs, ramps, entrances, and loading areas. Foot crews where a truck cannot go.
After the snow is off: pickle mix, white salt, blue salt, eco-friendly salt, or no salt. A freezing-rain visit with nothing to plow is its own call.
When the bank takes the stalls, dump trucks take the snow off the site. Loaders, Bobcats, and Kubotas stack it when it can stay.
Hourly, or a single visit, when you only need this storm. You do not have to cancel another contract to call us.
Any site, from a front walk to a hospital. The quote lists what is included.

On the ground
The quote says which of these the site actually needs. A walkway does not get a dump truck.
